Payment & Shipping Policies
Crystal Ordering:
Each crystal prism, suncatcher and pendant is made one at a time, by hand.  To prevent overselling, we are requesting that you please email the artist
at
s.sanchez@crystalbymysticprism.com and he will confirm the availability of the item that you wish to purchase.  Should the item not be currently
available, a custom order can be created for you at that time.  Payment and shipping arrangements for crystal prisms will also be handled by Steve.  
Payment:
Online and credit card payments are accepted only through PayPal.  PayPal does not require account registration to pay
with a credit card.

For fused glass items - Full payment must be made at the time of online order.  For custom orders or other payment
arrangements including payment by personal or business check or money order, please contact Kellie at
kellie@sanchezism.com.

For crystal prisms - Please contact Steve at
s.sanchez@crystalbymysticprism.com to verify the availability of the item
that you wish to order.  Payment arrangements for crystal prisms will also be handled through email contact with Steve.  
All credit card payments must be made via PayPal but we will send a PayPal invoice notice to you for easy payment.
Shipping:
We ship every day except Sunday and holidays.  Our goal is to have items packaged and shipped
within 3 business days after payment has cleared.

Please note:

The cost of shipping is based on the weight of the item(s) shipped.  Multiple items can be combined to
save you money, but this means that we need to box the items and calculate the total weight.  Please
request a combined invoice before paying online if you want to take advantage of this savings.

Glass and crystal can be heavy, fragile or both so we take extra care to pack well.  We do not inflate
the price of items to artificially keep shipping costs low.  This means two things; First, you will not pay
hidden fees when you purchase an item and this can lead to significant savings if you buy multiple
pieces.  Second, packaging well enough to protect your purchase impacts the weight and in some cases
the cost of the packaging materials.

If you need your purchase fast, please email us prior to purchase so that we can price the shipment
based on the expedited shipping.

Default shipping:  If you live in the continental U.S., the shipping is based on weight as follows:

*  13 ounces or less will be sent via first class mail.  In all instances, the most economical method will
be used.  The U.S. Postmaster estimates that it takes 1 to 3 days to deliver a first class envelope or
package.

*  More than 13 ounces will be shipped U.S. Postal priority mail.  the U.S. Postmaster estimates that it
can take 1 to 3 days to deliver a parcel post package in the continental U.S. (except during majopr
holiday weeks like Mother's Day and Christmas, in which case it may take a day or two longer).

*  Items offered with free shipping will be shipped the most economical method available to us.

*  All shipments will be sent to your PayPal address so please make sure that the address is accurate.  
If you wish for the item to be sent to any other address, please email us with your PayPal receipt
number and the description of the item that you ordered.  Please look for our confirmation email to
you acknowledging the change of shipping address and do not assume that we received your email.

*   If email arrangements were made for payment or shipping, the address that you supplied to us in
your most recent email will be used.

*  In ALL cases, a confirmation email will be sent to you immediately prior to shipping so ensure that
you will receive your item as/when expected.

International customers are responsible for all fees associated with shipping to their respective
countries.  Please contact us for shipping price on any item as we have to determine the best and most
economical way to get your item to you.

Refunds and Exchanges:
All orders are final and refunds will not be issued, however, customer satisfaction is very important to us.  Please
contact us immediately if there is a problem with your order and we will do what we can to correct the situation.  If
your package is damaged upon delivery - take a photo first before opening, then photo the contents for insurance
purposes.  We are not responsible for items lost or stolen in the mail, but will have delivery confirmation attached to
every package sent.
